Chicago Council on Science and Technology


The Chicago Council on Science and Technology’s (C2ST) mission is to inspire and engage all segments of society about science and technology and their contributions to society.

Since the inception of the Chicago Council on Science and Technology in 2007, our organization has worked to engage with the Chicagoland community on vital STEM issues. Pursuing that goal hasn’t always been straightforward and has require the work of dedicated people from day one. Since our founding, C2ST has held events and programs throughout the Chicago area. In doing so, we have created a flexible and dynamic learning environment for learners from all walks of life. In addition to the dozens of free programs we host yearly we have a growing online presence. In the past 15 years, we have held over 330 programs with 230 partner organizations featuring over 710 experts for audiences of all ages. Anyone with an internet connection can access relevant and reliable information anywhere on the planet through our YouTube channel, newsletter, social media channels, and blog content.
